Non-cancerous skin lesions such as lipomas and cysts can be removed by Dr Stanford under local anaesthetic at the Kiama rooms.

To improve the cosmetic appearance of scars, scar revision can be performed.

In addition to treatment with prescription medications, the following treatments may be performed as part of an acne treatment program.
• Chemical peels
• Comedone extraction

Resurfacing laser is performed by Dr Stanford for actinic cheilitis and rhinophyma. Our Sciton BBL intense pulsed light machine is used to treat a range of conditions including rosacea, erythema (redness) & telangiectasia (“broken capillaries”) and pigmentation. Sciton HALO (fractionated Erbium:YAG) laser is used for skin rejuvenation.

We provide whole body or hand & foot narrow ultraviolet therapy to treat a range of inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema.

Cantharidin and diphencyprone (DCP) immunotherapy is available for warts or molluscum that have failed to respond to conventional therapies.
